then how come Gaga has never sang on a track "they sent her", and was sent to someone else before

and before someone says it, bc I already know what someone will quote me with, getting a song sent is not the same as using an instrumental that had already a demo recorded over it

No, Gaga wrote for other people

Most of Pinks early hits weren't written by her but she does now for a long time most of the work herself.

Because Gaga doesn't want those backstories about her songs. She'll find music herself. Did she not pay to use a song by Infected Mushroom? Did she not pay Father John Misty to write songs for her?

Gaga works more like Katy and Beyoncé these days. Songwriters and producers will hook her up with something (but specifically for her) and Gaga will rewrite and co-produce what they come up with/what she likes.

They probably feel she undermines their work by writing almost all her own music.
