Again, though, I wasn't making a comparison, I was just saying that that original joke made no sense since Madonna's age jokes are more about desperation than physical capabilities, far from it, as she's actually known for being one of the most impressively athletic pop stars in the game.

You literally posted a gif of Madonna doing a flip on a thread about Gaga's messy flip so you were kind of making a comparison 

Again, I can't see Madonna singing on any of those "major stunts" so  and neither she is "talking" so yeah 

Do you know how hard is this? To sing (or talk, as you like it to call it) while doing flips? Cause I don't think you know

I get that's how it may have come across but I genuinely wasn't In fact, I posted it because I didn't want them to be compared through a joke about how age keeps you from performing athletically because that would be unfair to Madonna

Does that make them less hard though?   I mean, they're pop performers at the end of the day. They know their songs inside out and they know their physical movements inside out, like Gaga said, she's locked into her choreographies through physical memory. That means that there's no real reason to assume that talking your way through a stunt is more difficult or impressive, as long as it's well rehearsed At least not to me.

I don't, but do you? I mean, it's possible you're some kind of athlete or grade A+ gym student I guess. But to me it doesn't seem harder than what Madonna's doing, personally If I imagine Gaga doing Madonna's stunts I think we would see a very similar picture, even if she didn't have to open her mouth.

Anyway, before anyone quotes me in rage again: it was not my intention to compare Madonna and Gaga or use Madonna to "drag" Gaga. I just didn't like the joke about Madonna's age on the first page and wanted to correct the possibly alive view that Madonna's age keeps her from doing impressive stuff on stage, that's all.

I'm confused...? I thought this was a post regarding Gaga doing an awkward flip at HER show? I know some of you guys feel threatened by Madonna but really, relax. Gaga has already differentiated herself from being "the next Madonna" so there is no need for you to feel threatened. Making age jokes won't erase her from existence or cause her to retire, so just stop. And for the record: I don't even like the woman.

Okay by looking at this messy flip and looking at the opening night when she nailed it, I came to conclude that it WAS NOT Gaga’s fault. You can compare. He was supposed to grab her waist and back but instead he grabbed his chest and back. No hard feelings. ( I’m not dumb after all)

There are so many things for Gaga to do on stage and considering her pain and hip issues, the upside down flip isnt necessarily needed. She always wants to go big but maybe it's a tad much.
