Honestly, I remember staying up late at night for the Grammys to hear the song and being a little disappointed. But I’ve grown to love it and it is one of her best and most impactful songs. I feel like the BTW era singles should’ve been in the order of Marry The Night, TEOG, Born This Way, You and I, Judas.

Does it matter? Damage is done

It's very strong, but I have an unpopular opinion that it's my second least favorite single of Born This Way. It surely delivers a good and positive message, but just I think the melody is mediocre.

this and The Cure are her weakest songs.

The wrongness, I can't :saladga: . BTW is THAT equality bop. And I don't understand the hatred towards TC. Its message is phenomenal and doesn't sound as generic as almost this whole cult site claims it to do, especially comparing it to the "hits" currently played on the radio :madge: .

#Justice4TheCure :tony:

#ABopWeDidn'tDeserve :diane:

#Hashtag :derpga:

Ew, David!

no. G.U.Y. is.

oh wait... it's actually Judas :fail:

both the song and the video are just so cheap, uninspired and annoying that I learned to pretend that didn't happen and cringe every time I'm reminded it did... at least G.U.Y. and the ARTPOP film are intentionally tacky.

I'm a sucker for a generic pop bop and Beyoncé really made it special, but objectively...

The instrumental is not memorable imo, there are too many things going on there and sometimes you feels like a chimpunk is making noises.

also the way she’s singings “boudoir” is like off key, idk, this part always bothers me!!!!

and lyrically speaking, it’s pretty weak..

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

Not when C2C singles exist :ladyhaha: . JK. But seriously speaking, it's far from being her weakest. The message of the song and the era literally saved countless of lgbt lives. No matter how you see it, the impact it had on society will live on forever.
