The law is not for the stadiums, it will effective in general sense. Like in restaurants whenbyou have lunch or dinner before/after attending matches, in convenienece stores etc. Meaning, visitors are forced to paid more to enjoy what they like.

I understand the reasoning behind wanting an excise tax on socially damaging goods like alcohol, but putting it so high is only going to disproportionately affect the poor.

A gay couple could go but some of these governments have been known to research people on social media etc. before they go so they'd have to delete all evidence of their relationship, online and in real life
