OrlandoGay92 85
Very hard to choose between Joanne and A Star Is Born but I ultimately went for the latter. She sounds so mature and defined on that album in a way she never has before. I know its "just" a movie soundtrack but for me it is worthy of being seen as a stand alone work of art among her catalog.
Oriane 21,152
To me it's Joanne > ARTPOP=C2C > ASIB > TFM > BTW > TF The only GGD member who can read / Credits to Celloo Deng for the profile pic!

AciidSwine 108
I feel like the ASIB soundtrack (+ The Cure) is the first time shes married this warbling technical vocal perfection thing she'd adopted since Dope with actual pop music really really well. Now if she makes pop music with really dope interesting production but with the vocal perfection of the soundtrack it'd be even better. Because not that I dont absolutely love the pop songs from the soundtrack but obviously their production is Ally and not Gaga if you feel me. But they do go to show how great Gagas new voice can sound on pop music though is what I mean. Like her voice on Dope and Till It Happens to You and Joanne were hit or miss. It ranged from apparently technically good but ugly (Dope, TIHTY, Angel Down) and beautiful (Joanne, Joanne Piano Version). Joanne just had this ugly Randy Newman quality to it at times with tracks like Come to Mama and Just Another Day that really irked me. Its not a style im personally interested in listening to. And at other times her voice was just a little grating a la Perfect Illusion and Diamond Heart although I do still enjoy those tracks.
