Angelina Jolie dropped a big hint that she might move into politics and run for president.

Jolie, a special envoy for the United Nations' refugee agency and campaigns against sexual violence, said she would stay quiet "for now" because she feels she can "get a lot done without a title."

But she also said her attitude had changed over time.

"I don't know if I'm fit for politics, but then I've also joked that I don't know if I have a skeleton left in my closet - I'm pretty open and out there, and I can take a lot on the chin," she said. "So that's good. But I honestly will do whatever I think can really make change."

I'm not saying she's not fit to be president.

I'm just saying that presidents should be people who have studied politics just as doctors should be people who have studied medicine.

I love her, but much like Oprah, i feel like Jolie would get sick of all the bullshit that comes with running a country, especially when dealing with republicans. It’s.....a lot.

It won't work. She should maybe passionately endorse someone she believes in or maybe even work to become a mayor or something but I don't see another celeb becoming president for a long time. Especially after the PTSD america will suffer after Trump's presidency.

She might actually do pretty good. The problem with American politics is we have been putting billionaires who endorse billionaires into office. Jolie has no interest in billionaires. Her work has been prodominately philanthropic for the past decade. Maybe we need that kind of compasionate leader? Just thoughts.

I as a Non-American would actually be here for it. Sorry, but for me Trump is a living joke (at least as a president, don't know how was as a non-president  ) and from what I've seen and heard about Jolie's work I think the country (and the whole world, tbh) would benefit from it  .

And Aurora should be vice president
