All of the girls that are high on the list have been musically active at least 6 months before the list’s counting ended. Also, I don’t quite think the way these charts are made is far. November is far away from the year end and I don’t see why they wouldn’t start the performance right at the beginning of the year. Wasn’t Perfect Duet released last December?
