I wonder if Exxon or BP is behind it since they would gladly choke a competitor to get their business. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. They might be behind the activists who want to stop additional pipeline construction...they are pinching the demand down to just them. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
