Amazing - putting down white people for the features they were naturally given, saying it as if white people shouldn't naturally have blonde hair or something when it's a completely natural coupling of features. Try to say "Frizzy hair on black women triggers me" and see how far you get. It's so odd how we accept stuff like this from black people but when a white person says the equivalent, everyone goes nuts. We can't have true equality until we start having the same sort of outrage in both cases, at least. If you think black people have a right to be prejudiced because of bad personal experiences with whites, can't white people do the same in reverse? It's possible to acknowledge your prejudices and work to change them but at the same time, know that you have your feelings for a reason. It seems that lately, black people are allowed to have "their reality" and whites aren't. I've in the past been accused of trying to deny or erase a black person's reality when I was merely adding to it by saying that whites go through the same thing. Apparently, in today's world, "reality" is disbelieving anyone who says they go through the same things you do. It's all about personalising and putting an exclusive stamp on suffering now. Oh, and in the latter part of the video, she brought in that awful Jane Elliott. Who keeps digging this woman up with her outdated, American-focused ideals? She flat-out said that race doesn't exist and then talked about black people and white people in the same sentence. She's always been a dumb, up-herself bitch who thinks she's so intellectual. She had the nerve to belittle that white woman at the table who was being the nicest she could be (to the point of being a white guilty suck-up, to be honest). Typical that they call in a self-hating white person to make everything alright in this situation rather than someone more level-headed.

No, it's a racial standpoint. Obviously, she's endured white blonde women not being nice to her before. The whole segment was about race, that's what she means. If it was just about blondes, she'd be saying it about anyone with blonde hair.

Kudos for her honesty. We all have trauma that manifests in different ways. I hope no one is giving her a hard time for this statement. Historically, white women have participated in a lot of white supremacy... it makes sense.

That is until Legally Blonde 3 premiers and changes the world. 

I think she might possibly referring to the fact that blonde hair (along with blue eyes) has been the standard for female beauty and an ideal that has been imposed on the world for eons. Look at the anchors for Fox News - most of them are blonde. She might have thought subconsciously that they've all never had to worry about being treated badly in life.
