Well, with nearly 46m streams, the Republic superstar's song had the third-biggest streaming debut YTD (behind two songs by Drake) and the sixth-biggest streaming week of the year (behind five songs by Drake)." rumours 45,521
I’d be all for this if the song were good. Furthermore, I guess none of my friends talk about popular music cause I haven’t heard anything about this song outside of GGD.
Arturo 40,746
I think the number will be 47m+. The tracking week isnt over and HDD always underestimates since theyre technically “predictions” not official totals

When the iTunes Store shuts down in 5 years and physical record stores are extinct, we’ll all be looking at streams for LG7/8/9 etc.. just saying..as a marketing student we were always taught one thing... get with the times or get lost in time Signature loading… 👹🖤
Quartz 12,535
Drake is overrated. No one's gonna remember those 'songs', twenty years from now smh Inside, we are really made the same. 🕊

Yes, they do. Sales are frontloaded. They tend to fade as time passes away. Streaming is forever, if she sets up a huge streaming debut, people will keep listening to the song because they enjoy it. Once you buy a CD, the revenue income is over.

What do you know that they don't? I'm pretty sure even iTunes are capable with getting with the times. You seriously believe physical records won't be sold in stores in 5 years? Defend Your Humanity. I mean clearly it's hyperbole but iTunes and sales in general are declining all the time, and the percentage decline gets even steeper every year, eventually Apple, and retailers in general are gonna find the costs to maintain the platforms for selling digital music are outweighing the ROI Signature loading… 👹🖤
