Vampire Weekend will announce their new album coming in 2019

Vampire Weekend’s long-awaited follow-up to 2013’s Modern Vampires in the City is almost here. According to GQ, their new album will arrive in 2019. On December 8, Ezra Koenig will discuss the upcoming record at a “GQ LIVE” event at Neuehouse Hollywood in Los Angeles. Find more information on the event here.

This is so exciting, I wonder what the album name will be. I remember Ezra said the working title was Mitsubishi Macchiato, which doesn't sound so bad or wild after getting used to the idea that LDR's new album is called "Norman F****** Rockwell". Also, Modern Vampires of the City is such a great album, can't wait for their new music. <3
