Is it just me that finds her using her personal life as a publicity stunt totatally tacky.

Why does someone like Taylor Swift get so much bad rep for doing it (way more tastefully, artistically and poetically). Yet when Ariana rush releases a whole album just to trash her ex she’s celebrated?

This comment is so embarrassing. You obviously haven't listened to the song if you think it's about trashing her ex

I don't even like the song and KNOW that you are factually wrong (because I actually listened to it and paid attention to the lyrics)

I really like the song but I really cannot stand her voice, her early 90's r&b / hip hop imitation it just really bugs me I don't know why, just too squeaky and winey for me, like the new Britney. I'd love her to come back with a deep more soulful voice.

You know she’s putting out an actual music video for breathin soon? That video was just because fans were being annoying

It’s actually the opposite of trashing her exes.

the song is sooo good, y'all's taste is so weird....

I hope it slays, the production is beautiful, lyrics are beautiful, honestly love it

and honestly truly! She's not shading them, she's loving herself. They were together, they both got hurt and split, and she's grateful for the experiences she's had bc she's growing and becoming better.

I can see how Ari's stans would like this song. I just gave it my first listen and my first thought was "is she name dropping her exes? :selena: 'Cause I don't even know the last guy's name, just that they were engaged or something :selena:". So of course someone who's invested in her as the person behind the music will enjoy it.

That said, having to take the song with zero context, it gets a hard "meh" from me. It's generic and the chorus is...well, meh :selena: I paused it halfway through to make this comment and I'm just going to close Spotify and go back to playing Red Dead Redemption 2 :laughga: I'm sure someone has said something similar about a few Gaga songs but I'd rate them all 10+/10. It's the brand of delulu stans are entitled to so go on, Arinators :golfclap: give your queen the success she deserves :golfclap:

Congrats to her. I'd rather she get the success than one of the other sellouts who shall not be named :poot:

I'm kinda happy to see this happening. While in the past she definitely did deliver some bops (I really like her music and have been following her since she released Yours Truly), I see so much honesty and authenticity in this song it has become one of my favorites of her. It's hard to describe it, but I feel like this song is on another level. Like she recorded it because she truly needed to express sth, and I feel that in the song. I hope this is the direction she's heading with the next album. It may not bring her much commercial success (or it may, considering what this topic is about :spin:), but I feel like with this one, she took a step towards something more meaningful and inspired. (and having mixed feelings about Sweetener's production, I do like that the went for a simpler sound)

Gays love to trash white woman, but celebrate when women of color do the same. They probably forgot behind all that fake tan, Ariana is white too :vegas:

what does race have to do with this?

Gays have been trashing Bey ever since lemonade came out claiming she was milking her relationship issues. Race has nothing to do with this :lolly:
