Nothing to do with the design, it just doesn't work on clothing. Hi, I'm the one that just redrew this and I just wanna say something, I think the jacket is overpriced and I don't like it either, but just so you know, the company that does gaga's merch send me a LQ screenshot of the backdrop and asked me to do a black and white version of it just two days before the ArtRave tour began, and they wanted it asap, I did my best with what they gave me, they told me I could put a bit of my style in it (which I did) but also to keep it as close as the original pic as I could, which didn't gave me a lot of "artistic freedom" as I have with some other projects they gave me for the artrave, I tried to compensate the lack of color adding a lot of details, but they just didn't translate well on the jacket I guess, in the end it was good for gaga or at least her team coz everything is supervised by them Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I mean $150 for a shirt/jacket is a bit ridiculous. I mean I'm sure some people have bought it, but wow if they only asked you to do it 2 days before the show, then everything was really rushed I guess. Did you get to do any other shirts for artrave? From the ABSOLUT ARTPOP Lounge (merch not available to fans/the GP...even in the VIP ARTPOP Zone I believe) a tank (black with an outline of the original tour poster tour poster) black baseball cap bar cleaning towel (white with the original tour poster outline) and sunglasses all of them have the ABSOLUT and tour logos!
