"A letter to my sweet fans" from Lady Gaga

As a devoted fan, it makes me sad to know how all of these happen. Onstage she looked so happy, preaching the message of acceptance and freedom but deep inside.. she is suffering. It breaks my heart to know how she felt during that era, which we thought was /Gaga's favorite album supposedly. Stay strong + We'll always be there for you Gaga

yeah I was just thinking about that... :( Poor Gaga...

Her dream was for Born This Way to be the album of the decade but in the end it sort of backfired on her because of the people she worked with. If she was the one who made all the decisions then things would have gone better for her and the album, especially the choice of singles. On Littlemonsters.com chat I saw her write that she always struggled with her record label. Her plan was to have Born This Way, Marry The Night, Scheiße, and The Edge of Glory be the album's singles in that order (I think she even wanted Hair to be a single too but Interscope didn't let her put it out).

I think with ARTPOP she's going to be more assertive and do things her way, the right way.

Um, don't you just get it?

It's Born This Way. Dragged by Madonna.

Um, I don't get it.

BTW sold well...I really don't think she was disappointed by this single in any way, plus I wouldn't care what Madonna has to say about my song when it spends like 10 weeks in the top 10

PS : No need to be patronizing when it comes to Gaga, it's not THAT important honey, calm yo tits

I forgot about her. Bitch :)

But I think the friend is another person. The same one who sued her recently.

Who sued her? Sorry I've been a bit out of the loop.

Maybe he is the "best friend" she is talking about, she has like 40 best friends so it's hard to tell who she is talking about.

luc carl is another option

Happy that she's been candid about all this. It has indeed been a very challenging year for Gaga, starting with the BTW-EY comparisons (pretty sure this is the single she's referring to because of its message), followed by the rush release of TEOG due to Judas's flop, followed by Joseph Kahn's treatment of TEOG video, followed by the reception of BTW the album, followed by the comparisons between 21 and BTW, followed by LAG's betrayal, followed by MTN flopping, followed by the label not wanting to release any more singles (I also bet they imposed on her to release YuYI) followed by no recognition at the Grammy's!

I hope ARTPOP will slay on all levels!
