I haven't watched the movie, and I won't be able to till it comes out on October 18th here :selena: But I watched Gaga's interview on The Ellen Show and she said Ally stood by her pop songs. I think the pop songs are supposed to be "basic", but not bad, and her struggle was Jackson having a problem with her new songs, not her not loving those songs. :shrug: Can't wait to watch the movie to see if I'm right :ladyhaha:

Well if you look at Ally's perspective,  she did not go far by singing the songs she did with Jack.  She could have been a roadie groupie all his career.  

If it wasn't for the  her manager guiding her into something that sells, (pop) was she only able to fulfill her dreams of performing for people. 

As a new artist,  it's all about getting that high from performing for thousands of people. I believe she cared about it because it is still a part of her though she did not want to do all of the drastic changes at first. She was living her dreams and then here comes the bathtub scene.

i mean i love the movie and i love what gaga supports (mostly) but im not gunna listen to bradley cooper's character in the movie for anything advice lol
