Doesn’t this confirm that she’s not been working on “LG6” for very long? 

All those times she was in the studio was probably for ASIB soundtrack.

No, it’s been confirmed that she’s been working on music for Enigma since last fall, we’re definitely gonna see new music other than ASIB

You weren’t the only one but yeah some people here (cough @theahsfan - who will probably come up with some other explanation to convince us that Nilan DJWS are on LG6) think it’s definitely for LG6. Plus there’s also this little nugget from the interview;

”It was Gaga’s idea to thread bits of dialogue throughout the record, and there are a few songs that are not in the movie—“treats,” as she calls them.”

These explains the recordings done post filming.  Some are expansion of snippets played in the film, some tracks re-recorded with an orchestra to add that emotional gravitas.
