For my FIRST viewing, should I see ASIB alone or with family/friends?

I feel the same way as you tbh, in some ways I want to go on my own as I feel I can fully enjoy the MOMENT of Gaga’s first leading actress role in a movie but also would be cool to enjoy with 1 or 2 family members. But either way on my second viewing I’m going with my friends, 3 of them want to go even though they aren’t as into her as I am lol.

 Always did this myself for every first screening. So I can focused on the film as whole. Because family and friends sometimes can be distraction. All kinds of distractions, even if they are watching the movie quietly.

Then I will do 2nd, 3rd, etc screenings with friends and family and discover new details that I've missed the first time.

On the opening day i'm going with my boyfriend, the next day ill go with my friends, and then ill keep watching it with different sets of friends and when i go home ill watch it with my mom

I went with my best friend who perfectly knows me, and I told her not to be too shooketh if I started crying. 

I took her hand more than once (if I were alone I would have grabbed the chair ) and as she sang Shallow I almosr cried. I did not because I didn't want to feel judged, you're right, but she told me she saw me almost crying and was ready to hand me a tissue 

This to say that if you find the right person or people, you can go with them and enjoy the movie even more! 

(And no, my friend is not a Gaga fan, sje came with me only because of Bradley )
