Gaga X JCPenney?

So the other day, I was shopping in the mall and as I was entering JCPenney, I heard the store playing ARTPOP (the song) on the store speakers and since that was the very first time I heard that let alone a Gaga song out in public, it got me wondering ... is Gaga working with JCPenney? Now we know JCPenney is the hub for suburban soccer moms, so it would make sense for them to play an obscure Gaga song. But according to my sister who previously worked at Netflix and MTV and is now working part-time at JCPenney, there might be something in the horizon ... Were those pictures from her Instagram lately ACTUALLY for her fashion line with JCPenney (Nicki x Kmart is shook!)???? What do you think???

uM, how dare you disrespect the American fashion house JCPenney and their budget-friendly collaborations. I'll have you know that my sister works in the reshelving department and she told me she saw her manager facetiming with Gaga.
