it's too bad.

I think her post is totally BS and is just covering for the fact that she didn't have a hit and now the label won't release an album until she has one.

But for me, the music she was putting out for this era was GREAT. And I was honestly looking forward to hearing the album in full (keep in mind, i've never cared for her)

oh no, i was actually looking forward to this :(

i really hope the released songs won't be scrapped cus they're so catchy and danceable and i'd like them on physical format

if the label is trying to force a hit then they need to take a chill pill

She can just be honest and said only 10 peoples pre-ordered it on iTunes and it's not worth the trouble, but noooo :poot:

if her label really wants a hit then they should promote her songs on Spotify.... I feel bad for her.

Smart choice, actually.

She released pretty good tracks but no one cared, releasing an album would have been a suicide.

I respect and agree with her decision to wait a little longer because she rush released Thank You and it turned out be a disaster (in my irrelevant opinion.)

I’ve listened to Thank You in full and I must confess that the 5 songs she released this year is better than that mess. (Maybe excluding NØ)

I’m bummed bc these songs have been bops. I thought No Excuses was doing decent? And I’ve been hearing Let You Be Right a lot on the radio

While No Excuses certainly did better than a certain song with the word Illusion in it, it still didn't perform well.

No Excuses (2018)
1st Week: #46 - PEAK POSITION
2nd Week: #67
3rd Week: #64
4th Week: #55
5th Week: #55
6th Week: #53
7th Week: #53
8th Week: #58
9th Week: #59
10th Week: #59
11th Week: #67
12th Week: #93
(knocked out)

Pop Radio and Adult Pop Radio have somewhat embraced No Excuses and Let You Be Right, but only somewhat

Pop Radio

No Excuses: #16 (peak: April 2018)

Let You Be Right: #28  (still charting) *plateauing now*

Adult Pop Radio

No Excuses: #10 (April 2018)

Let You Be Right: #21 (still charting) *plateauing now{

I legit thought she's moving the album so that she could TREAT HERSELF. :ladyhaha: :ladyhaha:

I feel bad for these artists who are stuck in a contract and they can't release a record by their own and the label won't let them release it if the singles are flopping

We're so lucky Interscope gives Gaga all the freedom to create her records and release them :ohno:

It’s sad how many female artists are flopping now. She’s over.
