That's would be difficult. Companies compete with eachother and would have competitiveness issues if they donated large sums of money and their competitors didn't

Also ppls retirement savings would go puff without gains when companies started donating their profits

Better to pressure governments to work on climate change not companies like apple

It’s time profit is put aside and our planet becomes number one priority, not business.

That would require a complete restructuring of how everything works and is not realistic. Even if accomplished the amount of time it would take to put in order the planet would be screwed by then

People would also have to give up many things in life, lower standard of living, no retirement fund gains etc

I'd need a level of unanimous co-operation from everyone that realistically will never happen. Ppl get so upset with Government when they make even one little cut to some social program they want, people certainly would not accept the sacrifices of the new economy ur describing

For the moment Government investment in green energies and electric cars is the best bet and if that's fixed that's the majority of our emissions anyway

Other problems not related to emissions also need fixing tho

With an almost 40% profit margin and premium pricing for otherwise average spec'ed products, this is not surprising.

And the Apple fanboys can come and attack me all they want, but this is just a statistical point of view.

You’re right. Apple should have stopped making phones and instead made miniature bombs like Samsung.
