Madonna on today's music landscape: "Everyone sounds the same"

After reading the Vogue Italia interview this Madonna seems VERY different from the Madonna that released Rebel Heart. I feel like 2015 M was heartbroken and wanted to prove something (which kinda fell short).

This Madonna of late seems much more romantic and thoughtful. She also seems more relaxed and a little less tense. I think adopting the twins was one of the best things to happen to her.

Even if you watch the behind the scenes of the vogue photoshoot she seems so much more relaxed than before.

I hope this romanticism reflects in her new work!

She's really putting her head on the chopping block by making these comments. People will hold her to them. Her words sound so promising, but then I remember that supposed insider who leaked some of the song concepts and it just sounds like the same old trend-hopping of-its-time nonsense that she's been churning out for the last decade. But maybe it's all made up (but it sounds real). It's all but confirmed at this point that Nicki will be featured and I really can't bear the thought of her being on the third Madonna album in a row. With turning 60, Madonna really needs to prove herself now, no messing about with trying to appeal to the youth market - 4 Minutes was her last gasp of success with that demographic and it was probably because it was an urban track with JT and Timbaland on it that ultimately swung it in her favour. I doubt it would have had the success it did if it was completely solo. The way she's talking, I hope this album's a hark back to the sounds of American Life...but done better, because that album was all a bit hit and miss.

Hopefully this one doesn't flop :trollga:

I really don't care if it flops or not. She's number 1 female artist of all time, second only to the Beatles, so charts-wise there's no need for her to prove anything else :trollga:

I only want her to continue to create and be the inspiring strong woman that she is. :)

That guy came out and apologized and admitted he made it all up. The album wasn’t even being mastered then.

Don't act like your taste is the only ultimate FACT or TRUTH, justify me what's good or bad art without pointing out your personal taste.
