If you think about Gaga or Beyonce compared to the likes of Adele or Florence it’s clear artists from the US are more extroverted than artists from the UK (for instance). We go for deep and meaningful where as artists from the US have the self confidence to put on a big show. That extroverted nature of Americans is what makes Gaga’s whole brand work.
