It seems like only yesterday she was appearing on Ellen with those little girls back when a lot of little kids liked her pop/rap crossovers. Getting outshone and having commercial failure can do serious psychological damage to an artist. Nicki's been the #1 female rapper for the last 7.5 years. To have all that go down the drain because a new girl blew up overnight coupled with the underwhelming reaction to her new music and she's understandably acting a bit...off. But her label wants her to stay on course, so have their engineered a controversial collab to keep her relevant? Coupled with 6ix9ine being attacked just before this video came out and I have to ponder if it is a publicity stunt (some people said it looks as if he's suffered nothing more serious than a punched eye and "I've had worse injuries falling off my bike"). I just can't imagine why Nicki would do something like this after Remy Ma accused her of supporting her pedophile brother in her diss track. You'd think Nicki would have done everything in her power to prove these claims wrong ever since, right? The whole thing is bizarre. Is she self-sabotaging or is this all her label's doing?
