oh right! thanks, I don't like him but I'm on Ed's side with this since it's literally just 4 keys going higher and higher, the same happens in the Assassins Creed theme and I'm sure a lot more

The difference being its the exact same lyric presented in the exact same way without any sort of credit. Its a clear copy. I don't recall any Assassin's creed song going "Oh why oh why oh why"

Its a bit more than two words, its how they are presented in the song and the way they are saying the words. Its a pretty unique style that I havent heard in a song before. Ed will absolutely lose if this reaches a trial.
