Cool sounds a bit like Eh, Eh and you can hear Bubble Pop Electric in a few songs like Boys Boys Boys and Summer Boy. She was huge during the first two solo albums and then she came back with a more mature record that was half divorce/love letter to Blake. She has a fanbase but it isn't big compared to the other pop icons. She has more than enough songs to do a show. Her three solo albums which has a lot of well-known tracks, covers and the No Doubt songs she'll obviously and has included. Wouldn't be surprised if some point she records new tracks or No Doubt makes an appearance along with artists she has featured with in the past. She went on tour prior but it wasn't what she hoped. Expensive, empty seats and a far cry from what she had done a decade prior so residency is more of a safe bet than touring across the US and other countries and not selling a good amount of shows.
