I do agree with you. Just look at history, India subcontinent was divided based on religion by British and they used religion as a weapon. Millions were killed at that time. 

Hindu vs Muslim conflict is one of the worst fightings I ever witnessed.  Same thing happing in the middle east as well.

Being Palestinian is an ethnicity not a religion. There are about 100 000 Palestinian Christians who live in the Occupied Palestinian territories.

I didn't say it has nothing to do with religion, it has small part of the grand issues. At it's heart it is not a  religious conflict and painting it as such just downplays the real issues that are going on.
