Because that's literally what she did lol The only time Taylor ever mentioned the feud was when the Rolling Stone issue previewing the album came out TWO MONTHS before 1989, and didn't even talk about Katy. This "Taylor playing the victim" fake news is totally inaccurate because, for one, she never did; Bad Blood itself is not a diss track (which apparently the Katy fans never got) and the video went in a completely different direction. So I didn't know the one interview she gave two months before the album and one single (out of seven) equal a whole era worth of promo, as you say. Meanwhile, Katy's dancers inserted themselves into the situation for attention, Katy herself kept shading her with those tweets and jumping on the Kim bandwagon, made a talking point out of Taylor during every Witness interview and released Swish Swish, which IS a diss track. so again, let's not who will love me when the night is over Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

It was more of an anthem about haters. But Katy took the high road and sent an olive branch. Childish Taylor couldn't even make amends after Katy openly offered to make peace.
