I'd want it to come with new music and a big setlist shake up. Something about the Joanne world tour felt VERY "Greatist Hits" esque. It didn't feel like a tour by a current artist. It felt like something from a seasoned artist 20 years into her career which is both good and bad imo. So yeah just a new shake up in the setlist and also maybe changing the rendition of some of the songs to make things a bit more fresh and not feel so dated . Everything else I'd like to be surprised by. Gaga is a creative genius and im sure she'd impress me as usual.
