People talking about her face literally makes me want to scream.  It's none of your business what she chooses to do or not do with her face. Also, there's no way for you to even know the reasons for the way she looks. Fibro can cause puffiness in the face, so that could be a factor at play here.

If you don't like Epione, then you don't have to go there. Miss Gaga can. She's a 32 year old woman. Leave her alone

Yea I totally agree, but like you say shes happy with how she looks and honestly she doesn't look close to bad so it doesn't really matter. Her eyes will always stay the same and I feel like her eyes are her best feature

I’m not trying to stir up anything and this wasn’t a “bashful” thread by any means and I surely apologize if it sounded like one. Yes, It isn’t my business at all, and yes she can do whatever the heck she wants too, because at the end of the day it’s her face and no one else’s. Like someone said I just miss her uniqueness. She was such a standout and incredibly unique beauty and that’s what I truly loved about her face. And I personally think getting Epione at 32 or younger is too young but that’s just my opinion.

Yes, but that would most likely just be botox, and that would for sure alter the shape/structure of her face, depending on where it's injected, but would not really attribute to the fullness.  She doesn't look as "full" as she did in 2015, but her cheekbones are still very defined, unlike her face prior to mid 2015, which she had very soft, round cheeks... very baby-faced.  She's still gorgeous, but she did absolutely alter her appearance, and it was with fillers (non-surgical) for American Horror Story.  Dr. Simon Ourian confirmed what they did in an interview with some show shortly after it, and that it was for her role & that she knew exactly what she wanted & was going for a very severe, more mature look with high & defined cheekbones.  She looks gorgeous either way, but I believe she's going more in the direction of her natural face, she hasn't been seen at Epione in a while.  But if she decides to change that, who am I to judge? <3

Oh awkward I voted before I read the thread. Anyway, I thought she looked FAB for the Elton tribute. The most “natural” she has looked in recent times...pretty sure they do something on insta to make her face look more dramatically pointed (BTW teas) 

I’ve come to terms with the fact that it is her life, her body, her choice. Although I may not agree with it and think she looks more beautiful before facial work, she’s doing what she feels to be happy. And that’s most important.

It's from this video where she gets mad at the guy/fan for filming a conversation/sticking his phone in her face while she was talking to another fan. She gets mad and is asking him to delete the video and asking her security to delete it. Can you imagine being that guy?
