It's called "Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda" by Becky Albertalli. Many scenes we're identical to my experiences. I cried and related a lot to Simon, and at the end me being a POC the ending meant a lot. I rarely get emotional watching movies but this one spoke right to 16-year-old me who felt lonely and scared and ashamed to be himself.
