It had been having test screening with the report that it was very well received. Meanwhile New Mutants was originally slated for April 13 2018 release, before moved to February 22 2019, because they want to reshoot some scenes, and moved again to August 2 2019 currently. Same. Honestly Femke was excellent as Jean (even though even she wasn't the perfect Jean imo). I actually don't think she makes a bad Jean, I kind of liked her in Apocalypse. OT: That sucks. I'm sort of indifferent to New Mutants, but I was really looking forward to Dark Phoenix.
