And she has never not admitted to being a metalhead. Everyone: Just YouTube a Gwar performance. Gaga isn't the first or the last artist to do something gross and graphic on stage for shock. LOTS of metal groups have done stuff like that on stage. Plus, you know, the vomit art reflected the song she was performing perfectly. Like she said in the Howard Stern interview: The song is about rape and it was about channeling her anger over something disgusting that she went through. She didn't do the vomit art for shits and giggles.
