I think it's just gotten to the point where she's probably never going to change her team ever, unless of course any one of them have a fight with Gaga herself and they fallout, but I guess this would be the only possibility of her ever changing her team or team members.

What I notice with Gaga’s outputs probably since ARTPOP is that they have good ideas, but the executions are rather unpolished, not sleek and sometimes cheesy. That includes her choregraphy. Liftings and those hand movements aren’t the tea. She needs someone who will challenge her idea or at least bring something new to the table. Remember how different were every performance from TFM to BTW? I want that back.

Carter's team didn't show off Gaga's talent as much as the current team. I do feel she needs to slide a little closer to her original brand, because that's how she lured most of her fans in.

she needs someone to motivate her and not force her to do things she does not want to do. Joanne was very visually poor and did not take advantage of some songs like Dancin' in circles and Sinner's Prayer. if there was anyone on the team who would tell you how beneficial it would be to make a beautiful video for Million Reasons or release at least one video for The Cure, things could have been better and Gaga would still be a mainstream artist.

I feel like Gaga is in an odd paradox of sorts. She is mainstream enough to sell out arenas due to her legacy giving her enough relevancy to secure her big promo spots like the Superbowl and Coachella ( yes I know they say Joanne was what secured her the superbowl but I think that without the success of previous eras she wouldnt be considered big enough to even get in a room with superbowl ppl to make them listen to Joanne and to consider her for the half time). At the same time she isn't really a chart force and hasnt been for a while. Her presence in actual music is really lacking. Most of the GP / casual listeners havnt really heard of Gaga's music all that much apart for the occasional hit here and there like Applause, Do What U Want and Million Reasons. This would be all good if Gaga 100% didnt care about commercial success but she does and she also does care about longevity and building a legacy and she is doing all the right steps to do that except for the step of continuously being musically relevant for many years. A lot (if not most) legends have had a strong decade of at least medium sized hits or at least very strong album sales if they lack in terms of singles success but she hasnt had that. She's at good album sales and ok-ish all around singles success right now. I hope the next record re establishes her as a musical force because right now it feels like she is living off of her legacy a little too much. She will forever remain a touring force of course but in terms of music and actually hearing her songs on the radio and on streaming platforms etc that really needs some work. I'm hopeful though and I really think that with the right push and team work she could do that but it will take a lot of work behind the scenes.

her team are great imho they just need to have better timing and to get with the times.

sometimes gaga is focused on trying to have a career like her idols in the 70s/80s which is fine, but she needs to branch out into the modern age. I thought she was finally doing that when she started using Instagram more and serving LOOK after LOOK in those 3 post uploads. I was just waiting for her to drop a random bop with some rapper or DJ or even a makeup line or something.

Realistically she needs to start using social media better (she after all pioneered the age of the social media star since she was the first one to actually use it to connect with fans properly and promote back in 2009-2011) and she needs to start having fun with her music and style again.

For me if she made a few (feat. Lady Gaga) mainstream songs, put out a makeup line and got back to being a fashion icon, she'd be set.

I'm also T I R E D of fans being on their high horse about her direction, if she doesnt appeal to you then move on really, and for those who want her to go "back to what she used to be" are usually the younger fans who never experienced her prime properly like those of us in our mid 20s+ did, they seem to only want her to be successful for bragging rights and dragging receipts tbh. Her old image would NOT work now, her old synthpop music would NOT work now either

She needs people from the people who know the underground trends, avant guarde genres, artists.. because now she is prisonner in her golden cage and she seems artistically and socially lost
