Did/do you like it?

Personally I love this version and her vocals there. Wish she could perform it live someday this way.

She'll perform this someday 40 years from now  when she's an old rock n roll lady in a wheel chair

I love this and its the better version of the song. Imagine if she released this country influenced song after the tfm era everybody would be shook.

It's said the map of the world is on you. The moon gravitates around you. The seasons escape you.

I kind of remember listening to this and thinking she would go country anytime :laughga:

It's a nice version. Born This Way was so complete.

Well... I blindtested a Lynyrd Skynyrd-lover friend of mine who's always dissing Gaga with this one... Guess I could see the red of shame coming to his ears ! :ladyhaha:

One of my faves with the backstage b&w a capella version...

Late to the party but I got a diamond heart

I love both versions equally. It was interesting to see people react positively to her going 'country' when she was at the top as opposed to now.

Inside, we are really made the same. 🕊

Literally was jammin to this version earlier today, along with my favorite song, Yoü and I.

When the album first came out, I was OBSSESSED with this version. As a gay young adult at the time (I was almost 21 when the album was released) who grew up in a desert city out in the  “country” of Los Angeles County, hearing so much country music my whole life, it was perfect. It was just me...a little gay and a little country.

I still love it so much. Fits the whole vibe of the BTW album so well (that whole out on the road to the old rock and country motorcycle bar vibe) and really shows that Gaga has such a love for that Mutt Lange sound of country tinged rock pop music. I will ALWAYS be here for rock and country/folk Gaga. Always a favorite.
