Searches for Gaga, Katy Spiked 1 Minute into JT's Halftime

I haven't finished dragging this performance just yet 

I checked Google Trends for the past four hours and found this:

Based on timestamps in the official Superbowl thread I determined that Justin Timberlake began performing around 8:20pm. By 8:21pm (which I've circled in red) searches for past Superbowl halftime performers (like Gaga, Katy, Bruno Mars, and Beyonce) began to skyrocket.

Of course, there were plenty of people searching for JT, but it's comforting to know that a segment of the population was ready to cleanse their eyes and ears less than a minute into the show

Also, notice how the search volume for Gaga, Katy, etc. increases as the show continues and reaches a peak by the time JT's performance is finished
