Alien Tulip 12,428
I'm not mad, I still love Madonna only because my parents listened to her music in the stereo when I was younger and so I started listening to it as well, I listen have her songs on my ipod because they are awesome but I definitely don't have her new material on my ipod since I think it's silly and what I meant about the gaga not acknowledging Madonna's existence is that Gaga doesnt care what she says, I worded that sentence very differently. I still love Madonna's music but overall I do think she's a b---h and yes I will say her flashing her nipples offends my eyeballs, just my blunt opinion. but yeah go madonna! Juan Carlos 0
Wait. There wasn't a Madonna thread before? Floppy servers. Every 30 pages a new thread needs to be created. Nao, appreciateda queen. :hor:
SoldierDown 49
No offense craig but I've often seen you trying to paint Madonna as some '80s nostalgia act along the lines of Cyndi Lauper. Which is crazy. Lol I think you think she hasn't gotten new fans after Erotica which ignores the new breed during ROL then Music then COADF and even "4 Minutes" This! I'm 19 and just went to my first Madonna show a week ago!
Chucky 39
MADONNA. Whenever I used to hear that name everywhere, I used to think of a smart talented pop singer who was very inspirational and bold, now when I hear this name I think of some asshole who flashes his nipple on stage to cause people to go blind and starts shade with someone who doesn't even acknowledge her existence. :laughga:
easyride 1
but overall I do think she's a b---h That's the main reason people love her. Its her b---hy attitude that most people love about her. And im one of those people. I dont want my fave to be someone who fakes to love her fans and pretend to cry when talking about them.

PopBitch 1,218
This author pegs the average Madonna concertgoer age as around 40. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2175666/Madonna-Hyde-Park-review-Sorry-Madge-youre-just-tawdry-embarrassment.html This is hysterical. Madonna can't wear a lace bra on stage? You go, Madge. Piss them off even more. Madonna's not cool? What 53-year-old popstar performs to stadiums and still has people dissecting her, obssessing over her and what is expected of her as a 53-year-old mother. That's Madonna's point in Human Nature with the stripping, an F you to all the ageist remarks. And if someone doesn't get the Like A Virgin, one of Madonna's best performances in years, they just need to go see a Madonna tribute act instead and dance away to the Like A Virgin from 1985 where they're still stuck. Guest theFuture
I'm just going to say that I don't think Madonna is a b---h. I don't like seeing her reduced to such a vise when it is simply not true. I have always perceived her as a wise, aware and conscious human being that is concerned about the world, has a voice to be heard and contributes to compassion, humanity and togetherness. I know there have been several situations in which it is easy to say she is being a major b---h, a stupid slut or simply an attention-seeking, middle-aged woman. But all of these alleged roles don't even scratch the surface of the person that is behind it. Call me deluded or naive, but Madonna is a human being that I look up to. Not only has she inspired me, she has influenced me as a child by stimulating my creativity and widening my view to be a better person. May they all call her what they want. Anytime I hear something negative about her, I always wonder exactly what this comment bases on. One puzzle part in shape of a sentence is seen as the whole puzzle. Because they want to. They don't even want her to not be a b---h. This means letting go an old notion that's easy to cling to. The thought of Madonna carrying more than just one facet to her personality is uncomfortable because this means giving up on stubbornness. Just go watch recent interviews. This is where Madonna the wise, aware and conscious human being is. She has been promoting love, equality and togetherness at any of her shows. Needed to say this. She is b---hy in interviews sometimes or can seem cold, but if that was all she was she never would be so beloved by fans. I never find her b---hy on stage. She gives her all. And that b---hiness is offset by a very cheeky sense of humor and actual flirting or mothering or teasing her fans. The other parts of her are flashes you get to see, so you live for every one of those moments she graces you with. I love Madonna because of her fearless ballsiness. I wish she would have ignored Gaga. Not the mashup. It's cute, but not the subtle shading. Madonna should be too iconic for that'with a younger popstar. I like Madonna when she forgets the young popstars exist. They're not in her orbit except when she invites them in. But I bet one day Gaga and Madonna will surprise everyone with a duet or appearance. Edited July 24, 2012 by PopBitch

If you were: To think her connection with her fans is "fake" basically says that you know nothing about Gaga except for the limited amount of superficialities known by the general public - so why are you even here on this forum? If you weren't: Sorry, completely ignore my whole post. Edited July 23, 2012 by Nissa
