The 20-year-old singer, who shot to fame with her hit song, Closer, with The Chainsmokers, was in full view of a large crowd when she was pictured sniffing a substance. Halsey, whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, spent the past few months touring with Charlie XCX and earlier this year wowed at the Billboard Music Awards. Halsey was on board the yacht with her boyfriend G-Eazy – who worked with Britney Spears on her hit song Make Me – and a group of their friends. They appeared to be in good spirits, with Halsey, who has over 8 million Twitter followers, laughing with her friends as she sipped on a drink. Halsey, who previously admitting smoking cannabis in a candid interview about her life before becoming famous, was then pictured sitting down with a friend and holding what appears to be a piece of metal to her nose. Covering one of her nostrils, she inhales the unknown substance before sitting back up and talking with her friend. Halsey didn’t appeared fazed by the number of people stood around her and carried on like normal. She was later spotted kissing her boyfriend and sunning herself on board the plush boat.
