Gaga wants Dancin' In Circles to be a single

I think she really wants to make it a single and like make a video for it. Because look what i found, When a fan asked her at the backstage of the Nov.30th show in Miami, about "what her favorite part of the show is; what parts she enjoys performing the most. She said when she performs John Wayne, Dancin’ in Circles and Born This Way."

and not to mention she made a video for John Wayne, so by her mentioning that the DIC part is also one of her favorite segment on stage, it could mean that she wants a single/video treatment for it. And i think she's aware that it's a fan favorite.

I get the feeling that she did want to save it as a single, but the era took some unexpected turns. Million Reasons did surprisingly well and kept going for a long time, and then she released The Cure in honour of Sonja before she passed away, and that did surprisingly well too. And you can't follow two very personal and meaningful songs like that with a masturbation anthem

I mean she could... Maybe she is saving it. It is during DIC that she makes that statement about Joanne being gone/a new bitch being in town/whatever else. 

I just think the era finished too quickly before she had a chance to release it. It's too bad though, we all know it would've gone well.

They might want to make it single but right now isn't the correct season for it ... they might need to wait for the summer

I think Dic was supposed to be 3rd single but they released the cure instead, and now it's kind of pointless for more singles. I would love to see a video but i don't see it happining.

Gaga also said Jewels N' Drugs was her favorite song on ARTPOP and at some part wanted to make the Bad Kids performance during BTWB something really special with extended lyrics.  

Just because she loves a song doesn't mean she wants to make it a single though.
