I love Katy but people don't take her seriously because she makes videos like this. Her songs are good and have potential but she always makes her videos so childish and fantasy-like. This song is supposed to be a feminist song and she could've gone a completely different route but she chose not to. I guarantee that if she would've made a video of her in a long black wig, made it sexy and had some good choreo, the public would eat it up and she could literally turn her career back around slowly. I just feel like she doesn't really care about that anymore though but I guess I respect her choices as long as she's happy

I swear, everytime I think she can't do anything worse she surprises me    Her career is officialy over, I mean that's the biggest mess of an era I've ever heared of, it's a complete disaster. She is what, 32? I can't imagine anyone over 12 to enjoy such a video. This video is worse than Swish Swish and I tought Swish Swish was the worst video this decade, but Katy outdid herself.  And to think that 3 years ago Katy was at the top of the World, with Roar and Dark Horse topping all the charts for months and The Prismatic Tout grossing hundreds of millions $$ and now she is that.    At first I was happy that she was flopping and how messy everything she did was, but by know I feel sorry for her.

Ok, Katy (or rather people she works with) can do a good mv (Unconditionally - a copy + paste from many other mvs but aesthetically very good, same with TOTGA, E.T.) but this video is a.... ****. I respect the opinions of others but neither the song nor the video appeal to me. It's a very bad production, without an idea, soul, anything that art is about.

I don't know what you people expect form her. 

Like this is typical Katy. And she's doing what she likes. Honestly after seeing this and Swish Swish and going to her concert I can say that Wintess has a different meaning for me. She's very self aware this era. She knows what the public thinks of her and she's not afraid to take jabs at herself for her past and current actions. She's having fun this era. I keep listening the album (Witness) on and off and actually it's now become one of my favorites. The songs have some back bone to them, same with Prism. If you were to remove the filler off Witness (SS, BA, CtTR) the album is actually really awesome but I see people won't really give it more then even half a listen. It's a grower for sure because it's something very different from TD and Prism. 

Now as for the video I do say I like it. I mean it could have been presented better and maybe tweeked some stuff but it reflects the song and the message of the song rather well. But as stated it's suppose to be more a feminist anthem and the video could have been more powerful but it wasn't awful.

As soon as I heard the air horns I began skipping through the video. Can’t have another Swish Swish meme overload video - I like the song, but the video was a mess, apart from Nicki’s part. The thing I don’t like about Katy Perry is that a lot of her music videos always have to have a childish humour attached to it, even for a more “adult” song like ‘Bon Appetit’ the video was too full of cheap gags and not much meaning.

How is this "typical" Katy when embarrassing videos only started popping up since the end of the Prism era?

Firework, Unconditionally, ET, Hot n Cold, Waking up in vegas, and so many more were great videos.

This.................was absolutely terrible.
