And here is our queen doing the same thing 5 years earlier in her career. I don't think it's a bad thing (not ideal for me, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯), but man how time changes things. I hate the fact that monsters on here tend to connect residencies and less successful icons like Britney. Having a residency doesn't mean she's over my god, the definition of a residency is: "a series of concerts (typically of live music), similar to a concert tour, but only performed at one location." In no way does it state the artists that are over are the only ones doing residencies. Now as for the music not the bling, we need to remember that she is still a pop star/celebrity. She still has to earn money. It's her job. Plus we are getting a brand new show with new outfits, new setlist, new stage... She can have a bit of stability which will help with her pain and the money could help being back decent videos! we still don’t know the dates, prices, how long it’ll be but I don’t see this ruining her career like some of you are making it seem.
