What’s the hype about ATRL?

It's a bigger community with different points of view.. I guess that if your the type of stan that can't take criticism about your fave it won't be your cup of tea, it's so fun to read

It's extremely entertaining. I left GagaDaily as my main forum for ATRL, and come back here occasionally when I get bored, it's down (as it is now), or when major Gaga news breaks.

Although I love GagaDaily, I needed a space where topics extended more outside of Gaga. On ATRL, I rarely even discuss Gaga anymore. The majority of my activity is regarding world news/politics, general pop culture events, and random off topic life opinions. It's great to be in an outlet where the majority of users are gay guys my age, which makes a lot of the real life topics more productive. In addition, there are several users who share the same love for certain underground artists as me, which I wouldn't be able to discuss here.

What I think has kept me is the unique sense of humor and community on there. The whole site has its own lingo, inside jokes, memes, and style of humor. In regards to pop girls, I think it's healthy and refreshing to get the perspective (and messy delusions) of outside bases who share a common pop culture interest.

Something like that but much more... offensive. One time, I read someone trash talking about Emma and make fun of her being on wheelchair there, for example.

GGD is a little TOO focused on Gaga in my opinion, to a point that is unhealthy. On ATRL, I rarely even discuss Gaga. The majority of my activity is regarding world news/politics, general pop culture events, and random off topic life opinions. ATRL can be a forum for anything.

I'm sure ATRL would extend your musical tastes even further, but I'm glad GGD was able to do that for you.

They're like GGD but have all fanbases in one place, it's like a hub for all things pop related. The messiness and stan wars just make it more entertaining. Besides a lot of what we call our own has originated on ATRL Gaga base.

Yeah, some pressed someone who got issues did that, I don't think that's right tbh, there's limit, and there are threads for some other infamous GGD mods too there. Like, better not read if you can, it is gonna hurt feelings.

the only reason I listen to Lorde, Halsey, Taylor, Lana, Bebe, Tove, Ariana, Britney & Madonna is because of GGD
