honestly i chose to believe timothy. besides the fact i don't like to doubt victims of sexual abuse - if true, their pain is obviously immense -, melanies explanation was too vague and she doesn't deny there wasn't consent.

She better don't lied about her story just to get attention, there are real people with real distress, a fake accusation will have bad consequences on future victims who will try to tell their story stories and want to be believed. Oh come this is not a Kesha - Dr.Luke type of situation, Timothy even dressed as Melanie this year, like....really? 

I am neutral on this whole situation and if Timothy is telling the truth then Melanie had it coming, but if I was Melanie and Timothy did all of this for attention I would totally take her to court.

The thing is the chances of Melanie's career being over are higher than the chances of the allegations being true, since both sides aren't really convincing, so it's not hard to see why this could a revenge of some sort.
