DiscoHeaven23 35,007
This is great. I'm thinking of doing this when I have kids "We are a very label-less household," Pink said. "Last week, Willow told me she is going to marry an African woman. I was like, 'Great!'" Willow said, "... And we are going to live with you while our house is getting ready." Pink: "The bathroom outside the kindergarten said, 'Gender Neutral, Anybody,' and it was a drawing of many different shapes," she said. "I took a picture of it and I wrote: 'Progress.' I thought that was awesome. I love that kids are having this conversation." Frivolero 3,705
In case I need to use that bathroom, I hope I can use it. Do they have a pathetic stick-like figure on its door?

funkyhaus 7,697
So is she gonna tell her she's neither male nor female? Or just raise her without societies preconceived notions of gender?

malazam 15,710
I get the whole thing but isn't that going to cause some issues? Like, it's part of the identity and since everyone else is being raised different... another shot before we kiss the other side

But it sounds like Willow goes to a progressive school (and lives in one of the most progressive areas in the US), so for Willow I'm sure she'll have it easier than some other kids. Sneaky Oliver 22,584
I dont know what to say about it. I’m kinda uneducated about the topic. I think it’s alright as someone said if she can play with barbies and soccer! But I guess this gender neutral thing could cause some issues as she grows and explores her sexuality... if someone knows some article about this, please share with me, I’d love to read about it!!!
