Well flopped as in terms of her success back then is a valid comment. It was a smart move to work on her next album and to progress into her career, if she had pushed out another single from TFM and waited longer for BTW I don't think it would have done her any favours.

If she did release another single I see something like Monster, Speechless or even Teeth doing a lot better, I think they would have worked better in terms of the GP and would have sold more

Teeth was praised by critics, so I guess it could have been a good choice. And Speechless is the kind of ballad that would have been eaten up by the GP, kind of like Million Reasons, but more because Gaga was more popular then. And Monster could have worked too, but I think its fate would have been the same as LoveGame's: hit at the moment, but kind of forgotten later. It sounds too much like 2009.
