Radio Ga Ga 5,671
I think it definitely has connections with lupus. Lupa, meaning she-wolf, the Latin word is one of the first words most people learn when learning latin, because the myth says that the two abandoned babies remus and Romulus built Rome, and they were raised by a she-wolf. So it’s not just some obscure Latin word, it has some significance in the language. And also who randomly sings a song about wolves. The song could easily metaphorically mean she is struggling with lupus (running with wolves) but she stills wants to “get to you”.

Her lupus recently meant that she had to receive a kidney transplant. Shortly after she has returned with her new single 'Wolves'. I'm not sure if any of you know this, but the Latin translation of 'lupus' is 'wolf'. So, the song is obviously a lot deeper than some may think. I found this quite interesting since I'd previously not had much respect for her so, it's interesting to see her songs having more depth than usual. Let me know if you knew this and what you think now if you didn't. P.S. Please DO NOT bash her performance here, we know she lipped. This isn't the place for that. That’s right. In fact in Greece we use the same work for Wolf and Lupus. They are both “Likos” (wolf)
Miel 15,009
Interesting point! I'm not sure if it is intended to be interpreted that way, but I like it. I'd rather it be that more. 3 points in and ready for more
