I think Linda was a fool to attack Gaga at the time. You can look up my comments but the truth is she's right.

Gaga just wanted the Oscar if not she would have just added her name as a producer.

Well... if you put it like that... I guess you are right. Gaga did only 1 line according to what Linda said. And Diane let Gaga have credits in the song so idk :oprah:

And we know Gaga does the same in her own music, adding songwriters even if what they did was change a few words

Both Gaga and Diane knew TIHTY would have more chances of winning the Oscar (and then, more impact outside the film) if Gaga was also credited. I think she knew she didn't deserve the writting credits, but she also wanted the song to resonate and to spread the message as far as possible. And a Oscar winning song could've done that.

She has like exactly 10% of the songwriting credit tho. 

I don't know about the behind the scenes process but saying that about Gaga is frankly unfair to her. 

She has a bigger chance of getting an Oscar for a commercial movie like James Bond and Fifty Shades of Grey lmao :emma:
