I'm assuming Joanne has at least sold 40,000 digital sales since October 2016, so I'm guessing ~100,000 SPS units going into this single era.

Im so excited for this! I should wait to hear the full thing until the video premiers on Youtube, but I cant wait

Joanne has 25.844m streams on Spotify.. 0.28 are assumed U.S thats 7.236m streams which is 48,000 sales. 
I'm assuming she's sold like 40,000 digital sales since October 2016. 

So total SPS is
40,000 digital
48,000 Spotify U.S
~10,000 Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer etc

= ~100,000 SPS for Joanne as an album track.
