I buyed 3rd floor tickets but they upgrade me. They told me that they had closed the 3rd floor it because of sound problems.

Red = original tickets

Green = upgrade

I am inside the green circle haha

Then that sounds like a management problem. Why not book arenas instead of stadiums?
