Jessica Biel accused of swindling $430,000 of tips from employees

Jessica Biel and her restaurant partners are accused of swindlingover $430,000 in tips from employees at their Los Angeles Au Fudge family restaurant. And now, it looks like the celeb mom will have to head to court sooner than later.

Former employees filed court documents in September alleging Jess and her co-owners pocketed tips from private events, and denied them breaks. In addition to $430,000 in tips, the former staff are also seeking $1 million in punitive damages, and $31,549 from missed breaks.

I worked in the service industry for a while and a lot of owners ectually do it and they should be punished. But it is a common practice, anyway where i am from. And employees dont know where to go. From high end restaurants to ice cream shops. Owners who steal tips should be fined.
