However, it's important to have a consistent look for the entire tour, so I'm glad she's sticking with what she started with even if I'm not a fan of it. One has more hair dyed than the other, and her current one on the European leg is shorter) Before a show the wig will be "set" to look a certain way, lots of volume, perfect curls, looks very "wiggy" like in the beginning of the show, but by the end of Perfect Illusion she's moved so much she's shaken the structure out of the wig. Freddie fiddles with it backstage, sprays it, makes it look fab, ties it up before Bloody Mary, etc. And after she performed in the rain, Freddie started wet curling it before MR. To wet curl it, I assume he just sprays it with water, uses a little mousse and scrunches the hair with his hands to give a nice loose piece-y wet curl. This wig goes through A LOT during each show. Monster ball was one wig, one loose style. BTWB was one loose style, and a ponytail at the end of the show. artRAVE was many different wigs in loose styles only used for a few tracks. This is one wig, heavily styled and changed like... 7 times each show. Sorry this is so detailed, I met her in Cleveland in August and saw the show 3 times.
